human psychology). Proof of this can be seen in the detoriated
quality of production in the agricultural world. When harvesting
is done for commercialized gains and benefits with the simplified
formula "to get more at the cheapest", the result ends with
compromised quality.
During our research, we studied the sources of the resources
available to producers, their levels of respectability to quality,
through natural means, and personnalized dedication, and at times,
their helplessness facing the systems of the market, which
provided with the desired results of quality. The consequence of
which is that Quality comes in limited quantity, therefore for a
price. The proof of the pudding is in eating it and the same
applies to our products, which are not something grown in
abundance by the miracle of Nature, but on the contrary, is a
piece of Art in which nature is the material and the producer is
the artist. What we see in the aroma and flavours is the harmony
between Nature and the Producer. What we studied the materials and
resources available and to found the right balance to create
blends for our melanges.
